At innerproject.mens, all sales are considered final once an order is placed and payment is confirmed.
We do not offer refunds or returns as a standard practice. innerproject.mens deals in undergarment and apparel products, and due to the intimate and personal nature of such items, refunds are generally not applicable — in line with standard industry practice for undergarment businesses.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds are evaluated strictly on a case by case basis and are only considered in the following exceptional situations:
- You received a physically damaged product
- You received a defective or manufacturing-faulty item
- You received the wrong product shipped by us
To raise an exceptional case, you must contact us at [your support email] within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days. If your claim is found valid, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
